CDA Cooke at ASEAN Artists Residency Programme (AARP)
Charge d’Affaires, a.i. Rachel Cooke met ASEAN AARP resident artist Pham Ha Ninh, who unveiled his latest version of his mixed media artwork “Mother Map” at the 3rd ASEAN Artists Residency Programme’s Artwork Handover Ceremony.
Ninh earned his Master’s degree from the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts (2018). His work has been featured in shows in New York, Singapore, and HCMC — including Hyperallergic, New American Paintings, and ArtandMarket.
